    About the Site:
    Zessco is a successful 1 page lead generation website. It has been promoted via AdWords and Overture since last 7.5 months and profit varies between $1800 - $1900 per month. Over the past several months on average, only 15 minutes have been spent per day on the site in return for decent income.

    The bidder needs to have his/her own Adwords and Overture. Marketing campaigns, any hints tips and suggestions shall be given to the new owner.

    Details of the lead buyer shall be provided to the new owner only. The sale of this successful site is due to various other projects which have been taken on board and need funding.

    I am only generating leads for debt consolidation at the moment, you can actually double your profit/revenue if you do mortgage leads for the same buyer, I'm not doing it for personal reasons but I can guide you.

    Please bare in mind that this program is for US/Canada residents only unless you know someone within the US that can accept payments for you.

    Of course you would sign a non-compete and provide all keywords and phrases correct? This sounds like you are only getting traffic from PPC. Has your bid prices gone up with the new google minimum bids?

    Yes, I will provide the keyword list to the new owner. New google change affected some of my keywords but I generate 70% of my leads from Overture.

    I have lowered the BIN to $15,000.

    then the site is not worth what you are charging... it's all you efforts thats make you fetch that much $$$ but the person buying it may not be good enough handling ppc at all .... then what ??

    Revenue means nothing. You could be spending 3000$ a month to generate 2900$ revenue.

    well he mentions 1800$-1900$ profit out of 2900$ revenue. but what a joke, a) the page is not working and b) who would pay so much for a pure landing page?! I prefer to create my own :)
