    Hi Guys

    I started the website www.webmasterincome.net about two weeks ago and done quite a number of articles, a guide and other information useful for those wanting to generate income online.

    The buyer of the site will get sole rights to the Yahoo! Answers guide I wrote and published on the site.

    The website currently gets around 50 unique visitors per day and has only been promoted here on DP.

    I only recently added Adsense so assume no income.

    The domain is registered with Namecheap.

    I am looking for a BIN of $30 for the site.
