Which extension should I use, .info or .biz ?

I am creating a website about real estate investment properties for sale. What domain extension or tld is better, .info or .biz? I bought both but I'm not sure which to use. Let me know what you guys think!

 

Why don't you use .com? It's the best extension for business websites.

if you bought both .info & .biz than use them both

 

.biz u can use redirect .info to .biz

I agree with you (if person can choose only between info and biz). info domains have bad reputation (it's just my personal opinion) because most of the are used for useless or spam sites.

 

Since you have them both you can use .biz and redirect .info to .biz. From many perspectives like seo or resale value the hierarchy goes like this .com, .biz, .info.

.info seem to have a better resale value and are traded more often, check out dnjournal.com

i would use .info for posting information about the real estate industry you will be covering, news, etc..
and .biz for listings, services, etc... business activities side of things

 

i really advice you to not use either of them, they are both a waste of time from a SEO perspective, you will have a hard time ranking in google with a .info or .biz, get a .COM or a .NET.

Nothing beats the .com domains. .info and .biz have low resale value.
And, if the .biz will become more and more popular in the future, so .com will.

 

I'm afraid that you misconceived my opinion,I think .biz will get more and more popular.But I don't mean that it will be more popular than .com.
As you know,.com will always be the most popular extension for the commercial sites and some others.I still appreciate your opinion.

Of those 2, since you own them both, using the .biz as the main site makes sense. Even though there is no real enforcement of their use, it's best to try and use the extension that is suited for the purpose.

Since it's a business site, the .biz would be more appropriate and redirect from the .info or load the .info with some different, but related information and feed the .biz from there.
