Selling Going back to freelancing - Looking for PHP projects.

    Hey, I'm going back to freelancing and I'd like to take on a couple of small projects for a reduced rate. There are some terms of my offer, though:

    • I'll only work from the ground up. No CMS integrations or framework jobs (for now).
    • I'll decide on what constitutes small. I won't create the next Facebook for a reduced rate.
    • When I build a new website, I'll be able to use your website in my portfolio.

    My rate for those who are interested will be $7 per hour. I'll be taking on a maximum of 2 clients at this time.

    must ask, why only from the ground up??..
    i have a project im workin on at the moment and needed help.. so im just curious really :)

    By that, I meant that for now I don't want to work with pre-existing CMS systems like Wordpress/Joomla/Drupal etc. If you want to PM me with your project (as long as it fits into that category), I might be able to help you.
