Revenue from Listings [It is 10 per year for featured and 5 for normal]

Approx revenue per year = 1000. [Can provide proof from paypal transactions]

Traffic = Around 2500 unqiues. [Can provide screenshot of awstats to serious buyers]

are you serious? a bin of $3k? it woul take 3 years min to get your investment back?

Traffic -> 2.5k uniques -> is it per day? or per month?

I dont see adsense there -> any reasons for that?

Secondly -> if the PR drops then what are going to be the revenue streams? May i know - i am damn sure once the pr drops there are not going to be enough link buyers on it..

 

Isn't 1500 starting Bid. Did I sold it off for 3000?

Do you have guarantees in PR?

Do you even have guarantees in any site you buy?

Is it compulsary I have to put adsense on it?

i know it may not sound good. But yes there are guarantees in 95% sites you buy.. If you selling a site solely based on pr then based on that the starting bid is also just very very high... Regarding the guarantee part -if the content is good and stable and the traffic is organic then people or certianly i would be tempted to pay around 12-15 months revenue (adsense income)...

Its not important to have adsense on a site, but i am sure for 90% webmasters adsense is the primary source of income - so its not a bad question.. Usually only 1 out of 90 guys wont be having adsense on a site untill they are banned or not have an account -> so was inquiring about that..

If i say i want to buy (i wanted to) but just bcoz of that i can just put in a bid like $1.5k for this.. THis is just a "directory" and that too like not an extraordinary directory of that kind..

You didnt answered my question -> traffic 2.5k uniques per month or per day?? If its per day then i might be intersted in putting in a bid. If its 2500 uniques a month then i surely i will buy about 15-20 sites like this at that starting bid..

Look - i dont want to trash or sales but you need to be realistic as well..

 

i dont think anyone is going to pay the 3000 let alone the 1500.. if you'll consider XXX I'm interested..

Because Sponads is my ads network. That is why I use my own ads instead of adsense on some sites of mine.
