    Hi. I want to sell my two blogs and 1 website.

    Blog #1 - Dropping Benjamins Hasn't made any money in adsense yet. Gets 15 visitors daily
    Blog #2 - Homes of the Rich It has made $1,833 in 13 months, so an average of $140 a month. Also included in the selling price is a 60 page slideshow ebook and a list of America's Largest Homes. I have made about $300 from them combined so far. You can do anything you want with them. This site has so much potential. I recently paid $400 for a new wordpress theme. The theme includes a "Featured Listings" section where realtors can pay $50 a month to list one of their listings. It is the same script used for the Job Board on Problogger.

    My traffic has gone down somewhat in the past week because I made the switch to Wordpress, but it should be back to normal if not better.

    I am looking for between $7,000 and $10,000 for all 3.

    wow man, 7000? even 3500 is alot. think about it, one blog and the link directory has no page rank and a page rank of 3 on a blog that people wont ever go to... if a person is smart, he would rather spend that 7000 dollars and make a new website with good content and spend the rest of the money on link devolpment...

    Based on websiteoulook your website home of the rich is worth about $7500. But, i dont know where they get those numbers from, you cant base it off from that site. If that website showed real numbers, i would be rich by now...

    my blog, Homes of the Rich has a pagerank of 3, not the other blog. so yes, people do go to it. over 45,000 people monthly.
