    Do you mean toolbar PR or real PR?

    The real pagerank which is used to rank websites is updated every day. The toolbar pagerank (which is only tool for webmasters and has nothing to do with the real PR) is updated only a few times a year.

    only google can answer that question,
    and don't think in that only you must first think in how to get high page rank
    and how to put your site in top 10 results for your targeted keyword.
