Feel free to let me know what you think. http://necrospasm.blogspot.com/2009/08/top-10-tips-for-starting-web-designers.html

The most valuable tip I've learned ? We never stop learning. That's how you keep afloat in this ocean. Nice to meet ya.
great post. Thanks for sharing and keep up the good work. Do you have any tips on getting a first client?
Thanks you shazin. dukeofism thanks. In regards of getting clients there is no easy way to do this it all depends in the country you live in. When i was starting out, i always found it good to grab a little money and do a classified advert on a newspaper. They cost virutally nothing (at least here). Another router would be to use freelancing websites such as : http://www.getafreelancer.com/. On these kind of sites people post their jobs and you tell them how much you're going to charge. If they accept you, you do the work and they pay you. A little bit of advice on using those sites, don't expect to get rich from them. Usually when people hire from those sites, the people hiring are looking for super bargains. So expect to work for cheap but...it's good experience and will teach you how to deal with clients and you can take that knowledge in the real world. Hope it helps.
