I agree with the Sultan. Quality SEO will delivery targeted and relevant traffic. If you're just throwing links out there, you're going to get a lot of junk and have a very high bounce rate on your site.
Perhaps you didn't disclose how much traffic you get using these methods. For even a less than average topics I receive 2000+ hits from 5 social bookmarking sites. If you can write article and press-release in proper way then ur site can be flooded with visitors. The above discussion is good for bulk traffic. But if you want good & converting traffic to increase sales then you have to improve ur site quality, depth of ur work, research keywords more. And still there are lots of brand sites to promote ur products, use them.
Hi You want target traffic for your site you need to do good home work for your site.. and in my personal experience target traffic means you want business threw your site . Than first of all 1. IMO, you are guaranteed some traffic from social bookmarking sites as soon as you submit to them. Since you will also be tagging (or submitting them under your niche keywords), a lot of the traffic from these sites are also very targeted. The result is that you may also have return visitors if you have very useful content or compelling offers on your website.
Use common keywords for your website so that it had been search results..and put content which is in demand.
