I don't know of any free article spinners that are worth the time but I do recommend Power Article Rewriter. If you get it, you won't be disappointed.

Does this stuff really even work? Is it Legal to use software to rewrite articles and then publish them yourself?
Does what stuff work? Article writing? Well yeah obviously. And of course it's legal to rewrite articles. Why wouldn't it be? You are allowed to rewrite your own articles as many times as you want. When you rewrite someone elses article it becomes almost unique and orginal in its own sense.
I have been looking for the free article spinner too but could not find one. So try to rewrite article my self and it takes a lots of my time. It's hard to find free good one. Khaony

Stop spinning articles. Once spun, those sound like a robot wrote them. Nobody wants to read robot gibberish. Just write unique content, and if it means 1 article per week, then make it 1 article per week. It is better to have 1 good article than 100 gibberish articles whom nobody will want to read and Google will not be impressed either.
in my opinion the best free article spinner is yourself manually most software programs that do this are useless
