Daily-Tweet.com Tweet voting Website

www.daily-tweet.com is my new website. The layout is probably very temporary, if the website becomes a hit I will make a nicer layout.

It's more the idea i'd like to have commented on. Basically, users sign-in to twitter using oAuth, meaning no credentials are stored and it's secure. They can then submit their favourite tweet of the day, or vote on others. You can only submit others' tweets and they must be posted on the same day as the server.

What do you think?

 

The layout is poor quality. Why would you make a better layout "only" if it becomes a hit? How do you expect a hit when it looks poor?

 

Idea of website is good but layout is nto so good to fit the twitter

I agree with strangefruit, why would people come back to make it a hit if it doesn't look good now?

It's an interesting idea, but needs just a little more "tweaking".

I think you can improve on the things to vote, you should either hire more people to help start it up or do it yourself. More things to vote for to make it seem more alive. Right now the site seems dead, site seems dead due to the color scheme and lack of content. Could use a favicon and maybe a different background color to spice things up.

I guess after the comments about the layout, i'll do the layout as soon as possible. I didn't realize it was that bad. [How much are web designers nowadays? I don't think i'll have that much time]

Is the concept a good idea, though?

 

The color choice is poor, the idea is uninteresting and unappealing and the "graphical" header is boring.

 

Seeing as I have other things to do, I understand that the graphical header is boring. I don't see why you think the idea is boring, when it gets popular i'm sure it could be a big hit.

replace your color, its very ordinary

 

change the background or change the color of font. It's difficult to view. You should increase the font size.

 

Nice concept but the template,layout and color schemes are not attractive.

I would probably try your site but there is only one to vote for. It's also kind of hard to read fo me anyway. I would change colors and fonts.
