Best Automated WP backup plugin ?

    What are the best WP backup plugins you can use ? Which would email the backup to given email address.

    The WP-DB-Backup can do automated backups at a certain time interval and email it. As the name suggests, it wouldn't be a complete backup, just the database which means all your posts, comments, settings, etc.

    Unless you change your themes and/or plugins a lot a regular database backup should be all you need.
