Exitjunction and Blogger

    For those who may use blogger and Exitjunction (https://secure.exitjunction.com/index.jsp) together, I'd like to know how do you implement their code onto a blogger site.

    (if you can use images to help express what you are saying, that would be most helpful)

    I did email them and never got a reply from them so I don't know what to do. I don't know how to do it still or if I did it right.
