Best way to promote my blog? and can I get free backlinks?

    Hello everyone.
    I have a blog about medicine, www.mediclab.info. I want to promote it and find some free backlinks for it, till I get a good PR and a good SEO. I hope someone finds me a way!.
    Also I'm interested in creating partnership with other medicine blogs.

    Person-to-person networking should not be overlooked either. Beyond the obvious social media routes, good old fashioned networking can get you a long way as well.

    Figure out who the other players are in your niche and get to know them and their work. Don't see them as competition, the market is more than big enough for everybody - they are potential friends and allies :)

    Hey,

    You can promote your blog by posting comments on blogs that are related to you. You also have to make sure that your response to those blogs make sense.

    You also need to consider other bloggers on how they promote their site, appreciate them and you'll also be appreciated.

    I think the best way to promote a website is through writing quality articles and submit them on top ezine submission websites like Ezinearticles.com, Goarticles.com, Articlebase.com etc and also don't forget to write some guest posts in some of top blogs in your niche to get quality links
