Paypal Gift amount

  1. #1
    Once I got some money form my client as gift. Paypal nothing deducted for that amount.

    How can I send money as Gift through paypal??

    Open ur paypal account > click ""send money" option > add email address and amount
    then click on 'personal' tab > choose "gift"

    Well, I have heard that money sent as GIFT is free from chargeback ?:confused:
    Is that right ? I mean if that money is PayPal balance.

    there is an unauthorized option too ;)

    but we can't ask everyone to send as gift :D :D

    You have to click Personal Payments first and then u can see it .. i have also noticed not all countries get this option as one of my client said he couldnt see it

    He was even complaining there was no mass pay he gave me screenshots also at that time... probably they dont have it for all countries

    And mass payment is also not available for personal accounts !

    You need to have a premier or business account to use this facility ! :)

    Yup.I think so,But you can not overdo it..
    I think some paypal use "other" instead..
    Can you find this option?

    Actually I cant see options of gift in my paypal premier and personal bank account ..Those in personal are only 4 types shared expenses, payment owed , rental charges and others...Their is no gift options in it ..

    There is no any option of "Gift" in personal payment.
    there is only 4 options
    1) shared expenses
    2) payment owed
    3) rental charges
    4) others.

    Also, do not include your commercial transaction in this OTHERS OR GIFT method. It will cause you a problem if you do this/

    if we use the gift/others.. we'll the buyer be protected? can we have a chargeback if we are scammed?

    i don't have the gift option as well..

    some countries don't have such option. they can only send money which deducts fee irrespective of balance or cc payment

    As far as I know,As long as the buyer send you money from his Paypal(not CC),Then he can find "gift"/"others" option..:)
