HYIP is a risky business, lol, and most often a scam. Don't invest in HYIP or Forex unless your doing the forex trading yourself. Also, remember that most people do not make money off forex.
You could try lots of thing. But i suggest do such thing that you understand, otherwise good business might fails only because of low profile management.
Honestly save your money! Monitor the buying/selling sites forum here for a couple of weeks then buy 1-2 sites for no more than $300 each. For $300 you can easily pick up a decent adsense earning sites making $1 per day. Take that site and play with it. Re-work its design, move the ads around, start working on an SEO strategy. Working on a site in this way ensures a) you get some return as the site is already earning b) you get experience and practice on how to add value to a site A couple of months down the line, sell the site, turn over a small profit and contemplate on what you did right/wrong. You'll learn a lot this way. That's how I started off. Good luck.
You have many options to invest your money. Like: in Forex, Stock Markets, Gold. You can do all this online. But these businesses are risky and one can lose money. On the other hand, you can buy domain/hosting and then hire someone to make a useful website for you. Then you can buy content for your site. Or you can simply hire someone to do complete SEO work for you. After your site starts to get some good traffic, you can then earn money from it via affiliate programs, or via adsense etc

You made this thread exactly 100 days ago Well, I don't know any good way to invest up to $10.000 but all I can think about is to create a website. Maybe you could pay some professional $1000 to create a nice looking website and then you should buy some products with resell rights.
