I have been here for a few posts but just recently found out that some have alot of these green bubbles under their name. Is that like some sort of sport to get alot of these? something like I post a funny post in exchange for a vote? I want those too *pout* I can dance...not as quick as google does lately though

To try it, just click on the scale item above the join date, it looks like this: You can give a member positive feedback, which adds more green dots to their profile, or give negative feedback, as needed. My advice to new members is look in people's signatures... you can find lots of valuable resources for webmasters.
