    I have one question" How come you are excepting bids below $1000 when you earn more nearly $1000 from it each month?"

    Also when people take at least 8 months earnings as min. when they sell the site how come you are looking at bin price of two and half times of your monthly earnings.

    You are not a newbie here...so why SELL

    Earns $1000+ a month in revenue but Expenses = $900 ??

    Net profit = $100 ???

    OK, I'm not knock your sell it's your site you do what you want, but if your making 1k a month and you don't have the time to manage the site, how about you let me manage it and you keep the income till you hit your BIN and then you pass it fully to me. I got time and you get $2.5k instead of $400.

    However the fact that you don't have time to update the blog isn't convincing.

    I have still not received the 8 months adsense revenue earning details I had requested. Can you pls. send them before I can raise the bid.

    so it appears that this was a fake sale!
    Points to notice is that the seller never ever disclosed full traffic stats even on repeatedly requesting for it!
    I had offered a BIN buy and he said that he will respond in one day! What kind of person will buy a site from a person who dosen't even have sufficient traffic proof-leave aside the revenue proof. And he consistently tells that he dosen't have time to show proof-while he has been online here for about 3-4 hours continuously! Showing traffic proof requires just 15 munutes & not 1 day!
    And I believe that trgy who claims to have bought this site above is just a new fake profile to cover his fraud! This profile has been specifically created to post in this thread and he has only 1 post.
