FireFox Users Clicks less amount of adsense ads! Why?

Today,i just compared the analytics data of one of my blogs and was surprised to see that firefox users click a lot fewer ads than Internet explorer users.Check the screenshot summary for one of my blog in the last 2 months .

    Adsense clicks based on browsers.

    Why is that so?

1)Firefox users are in general more tech savvy than IE users. The more tech savvy a visitor is, the less they click.

2)FireFox users are more intelligent than IE users and are less likely to be fooled by cleverly disguised ad blocks.

3)Increasing usage of Firefox addon like adblock plus which blocks ads.

4)I.E users are still ad blind.

Another shocking thing is that, the more internet users start using firefox, lesser will be our ad income.

With Adblock Plus i don't even see google ads, nor most of the amazon widgets etc unless i chose to see them.

All three first point make sense to me, and also the fourth point in part because of the first point. Because ie users tend to be less technical minded, they don't care about adsense and so are ad-blind if you want to call them that. I'd say they see a link and click on it, they're not thinking about if this link pays the webmaster or not, they simply think if the link can be what their looking for or not.
I always use firefox but never used adblock, I don't need it because I am adblock! I never click on any adsense ad, I've learned to spot them very quickly.

I agree with the poster above. And all your 4 points makes sense.

People who use Firefox tend to be more "aware" about these things. But I don't know why they shouldn't be clicking. Is that summary the total running for your blog since day 1?

The Reason is that because Majority of Webmasters use Firefox and they are very conscious about clicking Google Ads.

Its a combination of all of those things. Firefox users are in general more web-savvy and know what an ad looks like.

Actually the main reasons are two as also mentioned above:

    1) Firefox users are a lot more tech savvy than IE users.

    2) A large portion of firefox users use the adblock extension to block ads. Infact, it is one of the most popular extensions in firefox and I too use it to save myself from self-clicking ads by mistake.

    It is not the browser
But the add ons that firefox has which is the culprit, there are some 80+ add ons which if installed will help the user from stop running ad scripts or any java scripts
