what's the effect of aggressive article submissions to your site?..is it really affects your SE's rankings?
are you submitting to an article section on your own site or on other article sites? if it's on your own site, then assuming the content is useful and well written, people will eventually link to it, but this is a slow process. You might get visitors, but they may not be potential client material. you could, however, use some internal links to strengthen some of your pages. If you submit to other websites, make sure not to submit the same content to multiple sites and try to focus on sites that allow actual links with no rel="no follow".
i am submitting the articles to article directory like ezinearticles.com, goarticles.com....like for example..I submit my articles to a multiple articles directory like ezinearticles, goarticles and many more..and i will stop submitting for a whole it to article directory and submit it again...Now my question is...my aggressiveness and not consistent submitting of articles to a articles directory can affect my search engines rankings?..
submitting good and informative articles to popular article directories can not only give you visitors but also a good no. of backlinks which finally will improve your rankings.
Article submission is a good way to earn some quality backlinks and surely it will help you increase your serp ranking as well if you anchored in author section with proper keywords. Make sure it is dofollow link as it will help in google. Who would say no to contents and anchored backlink from a related content site. Lack of consistency is not a big issue here as each submission will only gain you one backlink from one directory. My best suggestion is to submit unique articles (one article on one directory) on as many article directories possible.
If undertaken correctly article submission can have a substantial effect on your rankings and traffic. Not only will you see the improved ranking effect of links from quality article directories, but also the benefit of traffic from readers clicking through.
Article distribution is one of the best search engine optimization activity. It is useful to get one way links to your websites. Article distribution activity bring some quality traffic and pr values also. Find some good quality article websites and try to submit good written article.
articles submission to directories and another sites is a powerful method of getting backlinks and traffic, but you should submit different articles, not one for all time. And if you accept areticles to be submitted on your site, take care of their uniqueness and thematic.
ok ... looks like article submission is a good method ... what are the good article submission sites to submit to? ???
ezinearticles.com is probably the most popular, however its been taking 7-10 days to get your article reviewed. goarticles.com is a good site however i think their links are no follow, can't remember off the top of my head. Gather.com is another good site, however i haven't had the most success with converting readers to my site with this article submission site. Maybe it will work a little better for you?
I beg the differ. Submitting only fresh content is not neccesarily more helpful VS submitting the same article to multuply article directories. However, I found that when dealing with blogs, it's imperative to have unique content. Having lot's of links directing to your website is an important SEO element (I guess you know that), and I found out that the emphasize Google puts on fresh and unique content is overrated.
Ezinearticles are slow to publish (7-10 days of review) until you have an established account (50 or more articles) at which point the approval process is much faster. Assuming you can push articles through Ezine, you can get them published in any other high quality article publishing site. Ezinearticles has a PR 6 - I've seen high quality back links from there and other high page rank sites have a positive effect on SERPS. Conversely, I'm still unsure if PR 0 or PR 1 links from article publishing sites do more harm than good. To that end, I've seen sites with 5-6 times the number of links that have lower SERPS than another site with less links. I would conclude that the quality of the link from article sites is likely a big factor. Has anyone seen low quality backlinks negatively effect SERPs or am I just being paranoid?
Yes, article submission will give more traffic - DIRECTLY as well as via search engines too. My SERP has moved about 3-4 pages forward after I have submitted the articles to high authority article submission directories....
