Please review my new medical/health site & adsense placement

Hi,
I have just set up a new site about umbilical cord blood banking. It literally just went online a couple of days ago so it’s not yet indexed in the SEs.

It’s an informational resource for parents, and I think the comparison tables are pretty unique/useful.

How does it look? Is the navigation easy to follow?

I would appreciate any feedback particularly about adsense, plus any advice on promotion strategies for medical/health niche sites would be really useful. Any other monetization methods?

Its good with internal links
But the template design is little bit not ok

 

a very good layout and some useful knowledge

 

There is so little content, you need get more content!

 

Thanks for the comments so far guys. @Paidi do you have any specific recommendations about the template? And @SunstarShop my thoughts were that if the site was easy to look through then people might come back to it as a resource. What content do you think it’s lacking specifically?
One on my main concerns was with the layout of the homepage. I didn’t know whether to make it ‘blog style’ with short excerpts and links to the pages rather than the long prose style (as it is now). Any thoughts?

 

try to change the layout and add more content,if you really serious about it.
