    Nice simple clean banner, i like the cleanseliness of it all, the white background/colours really make it seem like a "health" blog, i think the adsense is placed in the correct area, fits in really well with the content, didn't have time to read the content as i am busy atm but i thought this could give you inspiration to carry on.
