Is my design good?

Not Bad.. I think site is not completed.

 

Wood is good.

You put "Nyhetsblogg" in the header three times... Overkill. Just put a white one (without glow) in the middle.

Finish it off with a black border immediately above and below the wood. Use the same thickness as the sides.

Remember that Adsense doesn't stop to appreciate the beauty of your blog. Adsense wants to appreciate the beauty of your content. Use what you've got and write. Make changes later.

Try to use some appropriate colours, like grey, dark nuances of colours.
