    I think the font style are looking little bit larger, try to change it into standard size. You need to move the content to the center of the browser (Firefox 3.5), check it out..

    blurred backgrounds, to much graphics, games bond header looks bad with something white around it.

    your buttons are like from year 199x sites.

    your top menu font looks like comic sans :(

    to many images...

    and you have some chat opening right on the frontpage.

    in the end very bad site.

    It wouldn't make me want to go back, sorry, the background tiles improperly, the scroll is laggy, the text is too big, nothing really flash about the design at all.
