$20 Logo Contest

OK, a client of mine has a real estate website called The Costa Blanca Property Guide (www.thecostablancapropertyguide.com) which specialises in selling property in the Costa Blanca region of Spain.

The title is quite long, so I’d be looking to have it on 2 lines. I’d also like some sort of logo/graphic, in a colour which contrasts with the current colours of the template.

If you take a look at the logo for www.ownersdirect.co.uk, this is exactly the sort of thing I’m after – the name of the site is in a simple, clean font, whilst the logo (a sun) is in bright orange/red. To give you guys another pointer, I also like the simple, brush strokes of that logo.

here's my concept Idea
On this concept I was going for a local recognition element that would project a solid history for the company in the area for the logo & ended up doing an abstract of the "Honour Tower", which is a monument from the 15th century located in the city of Biar just west of Benidorm in the interior of the Costa Blanca coastline.

There are some great entries here, and thanks to everyone for giving it a go. It was a very close run contest, but the winner is phangan, who followed the brief to the letter.

Again, there were some great entries, but they just didn't quite fit to what I was looking for with this project, most notably:

@ gipanuhotko - I liked the use of the C and the B in the logo, very imaginative
@ zyndtel - very nice graphic, but not quite right for this site
@ mohammadhaja - I liked this one a lot, and ran a very close second - again, u followed the brief exactly, you were just pipped at the post this time.
@ scorpionagency. I really appreciated the thought that went into this design. You are clearly a very skilled designer, who looks at the big picture. It wasn't quite what I was looking for in this project, but thanks again for your entry.
@suke - i liked your incorporation of a house in the logo, very imaginative!
@dhamaka - very clean design, and this was one of the frontrunners we gave a lot of consideration to.
@ dechapoe - nice use of the sun there, but not quite what I was after.
@alvyx (PM)- A lot of thought went into this design, but it was not quite what I was looking for.
