Note: BST is an acronym for Buy, Sell, Trade I own: bstpaintball.com bstpb.com Should I buy: buyselltradepaintball.com for $100? Is it worth it? It will help noobs find the site I think but how much will it actually help? edit:// Sorry if this is the wrong forum. This looked like the right place
buyselltradepaintball.com is a keyword rich domain....... especially if it is a keyword searched for by your customers
Quite long domain name... Well is there any traffic with the domain name you are going to buy? If there is a traffic I suppose that would be useful to have one and redirect But I would not consider that as the subject of the consideration
It's a bit long but has a lot of keywords. You should redirect that one to bstpaintball. Most of the traffic should come from search engines because of the keywords.
Yes, you should buy it but not at that price You can counter-offer to the owner for low to mid $XX... all the best!
Thanks for the recommendations. I am trying to counter offer the owner but I don't think he is going to budge that much. I already tried $50 and $65. I am also getting the stats. I don't think that is going to influence my purchase all that much. I am mainly looking for the potential of the domain.
A better idea would be to change your name. BSTPB is a hard name to brand and advertise, let alone remember. Acronyms are overrated and the name spelled out would be way too long. Ditch this overpriced domain and look for something that would be easier to brand. At least it would save you from losing potential customers in the future who could easily forget that name and go with someone else. Just my 2c
I also own pbguntrader.com but I feel that is even worse. People will think it is only for paintball guns and not all the gear in general.
I'd say it's worse. If this is for a company you seriously want to promote online, I would spend some time trying to think out a more creative name. I would suggest using sites such as makewords.com and pcnames.com to try and hash out a good domain that is still available. Perhaps if you have the time you could even read a good book on the matter such as the one found here: http://www.seemly.com/book.pdf Maybe I'm no pro, but I prefer to buy domains that aren't squatted on and sold at extortionately over-priced rates (which is, IMHO, the vast majority of the domain reselling market).
its not worth $100 you need to search for good domain name on nameboy and register domain name on godaddy
Yes, a long domain name but if the keyword phrase gets good average monthly searches (a few thousand) and the phrase match search on Google shows less than 10,000 competing pages for that keyword I would say it's worth a punt.
First .. for what reason you are considering to buy buyselltradepaintball.com? maybe you have specifict reason? it can be logical reason behind your question. But for me if with my personal appraisal, this blog to high price for domain quality. It's not have PR, backlink, content, or trafik i think (alexa N/A0, an also long domain name .. so i don't know what's your reason bro.
I would buy it to help noobs out. Most paintballers know what bst is but some of the newer users might not. If the spelled out domain helps then find then site then it is worth. Also rich in keywords.
The seller has lowered it to $75. How about now? Honestly, I am not worried about the name bstpaintball.com. I think it is fine and we won't have a problem becoming big. Paintball sites are not known for having the best domain names.
buyselltradepaintball.com is so not worth $100! Can you ask the seller to give you a better price? its the "buysell" part thats wrong. tradepaintball is okish.
