Step 1 Get away from everything. Ok, you may not be able to pick up yourself and head to the Caribbean to help your mood. You can find yourself a quiet place so that you can concentrate on yourself. Step 2 Sit down and close your eyes. There is something in your life that is causing this bad mood that you are in. You may not know what it is, but closing your eyes will help you to feel that you are closing yourself away from it. Step 3 Concentrate on your breathing. Slow down your breathing. By focusing and slowing down your breathing you are becoming calm and able to deal with your bad mood. Step 4 Picture in your mind a ball of energy. The ball of energy for your bad mood can be a red color to help you think of this as the bad feelings and thoughts that you are thinking. Visualize yourself releasing this energy from your mind. The action of visualizing this release will help you to release your bad mood.
Take a few deep breaths. It helps a lot. or try to bring some positive thoughts in your mind, remember some event or someone that makes you really happy.
Thanks for sharing, The main thing I like to do when I'm in a bad mood is get away and take a long ride on my motorcycle. It's the best way to clear my mind and get a fresh start.
This is good. I do meditation and this helps. Deep breathing is not only good for relaxation, but it helps relieve anxiety which can cause insomnia. There's an entire Eastern art of it.
Hmm... This seems to be a good technique. If you smile for this much time, I am sure all the negative energy in your mind will make place for positive energy.
