I'm having the hardest time getting my newsletter to delivered to my members. Even though they are all double opt-in subscribers I keep getting blocked by yahoo and aol and others. I've got DKIM and spf setup and installed. Can anyone suggest anything else to improve deliverablity?

I use 'VerticalResponse' for my email news letters. Easy to use and you dont need to sign up for a monthly plan if you dont mail that often

I can tell you where to find the best mail software. Just PM me. I have tested both free and paid systems and have first hand and second hand knowledge of what works best.

Isn't it easier to just use a service like Aweber or iContact? I haven't used the software and free programs out there so I can't compare the two methods. Just asking out of curiosity.

I am using Total Business Cart (same as 1shopping Cart). Currently just using as an auto-responder, but I have the option to upgrade and turn on the shopping cart, without need to go to a new auto-responder, and getting optin again from my list.

It can take months to build up a reputation with an email hosting service like Yahoo and AOL. (that has not always been the case, but it is now due to the spam problem) Prior to building a reputation, many of the big names will not allow you to go to the inbox of their clients. Reputation is everything and you can be blocked easily.

Companies like BlueHornet or Exact Target have a great reputation in the industry for cleaning up mailing lists and improving deliverability, but you have to be above board and expect to put some time into it if you want it to work.

Some email services are used by folks who are "borderline" in terms of using white hat techniques and, if you are sending from the same IP servers as them, you can get in trouble even if you did nothing wrong.
