Trick to Get Backlinks and Indexed fast

Interesting... I did all the links posted here, but based on comments here that they're worthless nofollow links, I'm not sure if it will affect my site positively... Anyone see any SERP movement that can be attributed to this?

 

I am very familiar most of those sites because i am SEO Expert. So not all those sites are active.
