I need a small hosting account from the US. I only need about 1GB of space and 25GB of bandwidth. Anything around there is fine. I will be receiving and sending a lot of emails. These are not spam but you may receive a few complaints. Only offer your hosting if you will NOT remove me from your server due to complaints. It must also be cPanel. Let me know how much space and BW you can give, how many emails per day and hour I can send and how much it would cost.

Nobody can promise you NOT to remove you from their server, since if they will be warned by anti-spam companies that their IP will be blacklisted they'll remove you faster than you can blink. And if anyone will tell you that they won't remove you no matter what they'll probably be lying to get you to buy hosting from them.

hosts in US have to respond to complaints or else they may fall into legal issues - and complaints from DNSBLs will result in the IPs getting blacklisted which will make the host want to respond even more.

most legit hosts won't either risk it or just won't follow your requests of ignoring complaints. It's not ethical to the most part. You may be better off with a VPS or dedicated where you can set your own limits and you'll have access to your own IPs without risking others.

They won't be legal complaints. I am not going to do anything illegal what-so-ever.
Chances of complaints are low, by the way.

if chances are low then you can't ask a host to ignore or not act on the complaints. Doubt you'll get removed from the server - you're looking at more of a suspension until you clear up what you are doing.

if you are sending out emails to people subscribed to you and you have an unsubscribe link anywhere in the email then you shouldn't have a problem, but if you're mass emailing people when they never requested it, then you have a higher chance of getting complaints and even getting your IP blackled

Any idea of how many emails you plan to send out? either per hour or per day?

I would only be replying to emails I receive from them first. Only about 5000 a day for now.

No budget but I'm not asking for much.

Small account in US ... hm ... these can be natcoweb.com, ipowerweb.com and webhostingbuzz.com.
Think these companies may help you to satisfy your desires due to their inexpensive rates and round-the-clock administration.
