New companies can be kind of scary -- I'd do two things before joining a new company. 1) check where they are registered to do business (check business review sites) 2) check their address -- google earth it, you'd be surprised what you will fine. 3) promote to the thresh hold payout and wait for your first check. As with anything never put all of your eggs in one basket.
