Best Places to Place Adsense Ads?

Can any expert tell me please what are the best places to place adsense ads on a website/blog?

Any help will be appreciated.

Well I think best place is Ads within your content which gives better CTR. I would prefer two size either 250 x 250 or 300 X 250. Both provides your good results and then other blocks and places!

 

It depends on your website layout. I tend on a blog to leave @ the beginning of a post. It doesn't have a wonderfull ctr, but it is quite good.

I'm not an expert, but here is a post I wrote asking users about how they feel the ads on my site were. And there are about 4-5 responses to that article. The layout I have now has been the most productive till now.

Below is the best placement according to adsense expert, you can get this kind of information at adsense help center

 

Page Header and Page Footer is the best place for advertisement.
It is not necessary either you can use blog or site.

 

I say the best place is on the middle of the post.
