    Hi, can anybody suggest sites which provide the latest news about SEO or Social Media.. there are way too many out there.. but which ones are the best? or simple.. which do you guys refer to?

    the latest and most updated news you can get from google himself .. just monitor the serps for your desired keywords for a month or two and you will see what's happening ..

    Make sure to monitor the backlinks of your competitors websites as well and their evolution over time.

    The best news are not the ones you find on SEO related websites but rather the ones you observe and emulate.

    That's what works best for me anyway.

    Visit Alltop.com and visit their SEO page. It lists all the top SEO blogs and what they are talking about.

    You can quickly identify the "buzz" that various webmasters are interested in.

    Right now it seems like the hot topic is the Death of Page Sculpting and what people should do now in response to the announced change.

    I like to piggyback off of other IM Gurus :)

    All the gurus believe in giving free quality information to their list in expectation for a sale at some point. But in doing this they pretty much give most of the information you need.

    One marketer I follow is Howie Shwartz. You should be able to google him and join his list. He gives good free information and also gives niche keywords and markets for free.

    Another guy you can follow is jeff johnson. His blog has all latest information on SEO.

    Let them do the hard word :)
