It's contradictory because evangelicals can't have it both ways. It's extremely simple actually but I sort of left the comment to its own merits without explaining that it was meant to be from the point of view of evangelical Christians.

So, simply put, either homosexuality is wrong or it's not. If it is then God made a boo boo rendering him imperfect. And according to the very people we have to thank for the belief in God in the first place, it irrefutably is.
