Both of your lists are fine. Add http://www.articleseen.com in your list too. It is a good and best free article submission directory.

 

That's a big ole' list. Manually submitting to all those sites sounds like a daunting task.

There are many scripts/programms/websites that will automatically submit to article directories but if you're working on a shoestring budget, maybe you can make a goal to submit to 10 article directories per day.

Duplicate content is wrongly defined be having the same content on several domains but it actually is having the same content all over the same domain to give impression that the site has huge amount of data.

If duplicate content is having same article on several domains then I just just open the website of my competitor and copy his articles and post them on 1000 spam blogs and get him banned from google but this is not how it works.

Think about it and it will make sense.

All what they say is about duplicating content on your domain to fool google that your site has millions of pages. It all makes sense

the natural growth of content will always mean to see the same content everywhere. Take a breaking news at cnn website, tons of websites and blogs can and will quote and comment. many of them will post the news post in full text then comment and discuss. This didn't ever get any of them to be penalized or unlisted from google search.

I wasn't talking just about sites with adsense or sites monetized by ads. I mean banning from google search
