    Free push to GoDaddy account for the domain. Will need hosting as it's an add-on in my master account at present.

    Currently offer visitors other proxies to use. Couple of affiliate links in there, but as I haven't promoted the site in a long time, I haven't had income from it recently. When I was actively promoting it, it was bringing in about $1/day in AdSense.
