Buying Turn this into vector

Am after someone to turn the attached image into a vector image. It needs to be a solid colour shape. As you can see the current image has been blown up from a small version, so naturally the vector one shouldnt be as pixelated and blurred as the attached image.

That's really small..The effects on it is barely visible..I'll take it..$50..

It will be solid color and the shape will be the same - only solid color filled..
