I often get same type of email with my own email id. As far I know there is no solution to stop it, just ignore it.

This is new to me. So you are saying even though you have changed your password, someone is sending a large volume of emails from your account. Firstly, how do you know? Are you receiving them? What email addresses are they going to, ones in your contact list, or elswhere as well? Just wondering what the motiivation is behind it....

There is nothing you can do about it. This can be done with a UNIX machine and a CPMX server. The outgoing mail can be spoofed without need for authentication. This does NOT mean it's coming from your email account. They abuse this a lot in Russia and China to send SPAM. What the spammers often do is use your pull a random email address and place it into the FROM line and get another random address for the TO line. This is why it's good never to place your email address on your web site for robots that harvest email addresses. Always use some kind of form for inquiries.

most of you may receive mails daily from me actually this is sent to you from your own email address using PHP build applications these are available free

how i come to now that some one else is sending mails to my contacts??
there are some email now using boxB incoming mail verifier to ensure its from contacts and i was seeing mail delivery notifications in large number of
i also see them in my sent items

and when i check last 8 activities with gmail all were from my own IP address so no one opened my gmail

and now i come to know how to get ride
Go to gmail > settings > in general Tab check Always Use HTTPS by default it is unchecked
doing this no more spam mails specially came from scripts

the problem is not that i need to change password the problem is that he was sending mails to my contacts and in a clear words i own a 20,000 mailing subscribers they are my mailing list subscribers so how can i allow him to spam on my contact in this case they ll unsubscribe and to send updates only my email address can be used as an announcement Group and how can i allow to spam
till when i checked HTTPS i am not seeing any more is activity see what the next
but i strongly think that Google is heaven for spammers

You can change the (http;//mail,google,com/your-account) to
    https;//mail,google,com/your-account (secure socket layer)/ encryption.
I did this about a year ago and haven't had any security issues since

here's a google help link about this: mail.google.com/support-SSL

    and:

link to instructions for doing this:mail.google.com/support-SSL-setup

Read what he said, hes not using his password.

Changing your password will do nothing, it can't be stopped if he has their emails.

He can make it show as any email very easily.

Check if you have an email. If so open it with Gmail and next to Reply there is a little down arrow click that and open it in "Show original" send me all the info via PM or post it here and hopefully you can report him to his ISP for spam. That's about all you can do :(

This kind of things happen very often. Those mails were not really sent from your account and your account will not be banned.

you can check if they login to your account by checking the last login ip address (maybe you have a virus on your computer)
if not logged in , they just use your email address in the from field - lots of mail servers still allow you to do this
