    Please correct me if I am wrong but if you are selling the same site over and over wont Google punish you for duplicate content? If so, are there specific code changes that you would recommend (h1 tags, keywords, graphic file names etcc.) that would ensure that Google would consider your site as unique?
    Last, do you include resale rights on this offer?

    Have another site for sale send me a pm and will tell you all the details as it is not 100% finish yet.

    Also the content has been modified to ensure that google does not penalize the site for duplicate content.

    all the tags, keywords, alts have been tweeked to keyword rich search terms.
