During weekdays, I go to bed early because my work starts at 6am. During weekends I sleep late.. Mostly 12am -1am..
I usually tell myself I'm going to go to bed around 1am. I then "check one last thing on the internet" then look down at my clock and it's 3 in the morning!
I usually sleep at 6.00 AM - working the entire night. I then proceed to sleep till 11.00 PM and then again work for a few hours and take a small nap.
My bed time cycle is way off.. Sometimes I go to bed early, sometimes really late, and sometimes in the morning..
When my partner started to change his shift at work, I usually go to bed around 1 am, then have to wake up by 5 :'( that maybe the reason why I usually feel dizzy & uncomfortable. Plus I still have to take care of my baby girl who's still awake by that time.
Sleeping is a formality... I try to sleep at around 2.. Usually thats the time... I dont get much sleep as thoughts keep going on in my mind...
This is one of my problems. I don`t really have an exact hour when I go to sleep. I`ll probably regret it over the years, bad habit, but I can`t do anything for now.
