    I use a 13" macbook. It's easier to upgrade desktops, but I move around a lot so I like having the laptop.

    hp laptop is quite good for personal use. But some of them the heat dissipation is not good enough to use out of air-conditioned room, especially during the hot summer days.

    I prefer Desktop. Since they're generally more powerful. But I find myself on the go more and more often so I plan to buy an Alienware m17. Those things are hottttttt.
