    Yes you can, just don't spam any emails. Yeah maybe newsletter is the best idea or any email marketing ideas with the approval of the recepient..

    Newsletter is fine, but sending emails to random addresses will be considered as spam and you may get band from Adsense

    get traffic only from news letters that are signed up by the people , dont send spam emails , as that could harm your account

    Most of the email traffic is adsense safe.
    But be careful in sometimes to give bulk email order.

    Yes, you can use emails to generate traffic as long as they're to willing participants. Avoid sending emails to unknowing visitors as this is known as spam and can get you kicked out of Google Adsense.
