Read as much as you possibly can about it before you dump a bunch of cash into it. You can lose thousands of dollars in a matter of minutes if you don't know what you are doing. Don't let that scare you, but just remember to always be careful with your money.
If you want to strat your own ppc engine there are a lot of scripts that allow you to do this - try hotscripts or similar
find a good advertising company, join their ppc program, submit your website for approval, put their ppc code in your website, get paid for ppc, thats it.
Even with PPC, you won't get very far without traffic. I would suggest you build your website, get it looking good, put the PPC code on your website, then get as much traffic as possible.
I think the question is being misread, or has been written wrong. Correct me if i'm wrong one post in this ask if you are asking about starting a PPC network or advertising on one you write back yes I have my own PPC SITE.. where are you going with this?
You can also try some tool to speed up your PPC campaign, tool like efficientppc,speedppc or adwords accelerator will be very useful to you..
I would suggest PPC Classroom as a great place to start. The guys are at the top of the game when it comes to teaching and their wesite is laid out excellent for beginners. A couple months ago they were offering the entire course for free....not so sure now. Yu would have to check. PS: Personally I stay away from PPC.
