    Is there any official news from google?
    i was reading Matt Cutts blog, but nothing written about PR update.
    by the way, can anyone give the right information about evaluating quality of backlinks by google or if you want how the google algorithm evaluate quality of backlinks before updating PR ? i mean official source :)
