Need help with joomla $10 for help

    I have two things that need to be fixed. I need help in knowing how to fix them because I want to make another site similar but I need to know how to do the changes. I am willing to pay 10 dollars for this.

    I need to know how to change the title from the admin and also need to know how to hide the print icon pdf and email icon plus date and author. I have already said hide to all them in the global config but it isn't working.

    I need this to be changed and how you apply the changes so I know how to fix this for my next site I will build.
