Why all my sites got de-indexed in Google?

Discussion in 'Google' started by poshswinger, Aug 13, 2009.

    Hi,

I have some websites that had been indexed in Google for over a year and are all hosted in the same server. But when I check them recently, all of them got de-indexed. May I know why? Does that mean Google ban all these sites?

How to get them indexed again in Google? Thanks.

if your sites don't appear in search it means they have banned you.. I have no idea why should they do it though.

You can login into your Google webmaster center,if you find any warning from Google, then your sites are banned.

Does your landing page contain multiple affiliate links?

So you're selling links? That would be a reason for Google to ban you, yes.

But please log into your webmaster section in Google and there should be some info on a reason (if they banned you).

By the way, do you still show up with 'site:yoursite.com' or does that say no results available?

Also if a site is banned, you can re index your site through Google webmaster tools

I very regretfully tell you, maybe one of your sites is pulished by google, and you also do many link exchange in your intersites.

So now, you should cancel all the links, and check you sites carefully.

It seems you are in some short of penalties.
Check for bad neighborhood if you think your sites are clean.
You can also order a dedicated IP for your account.

Here are some of the things to look at:

    - Stop selling links on your website.
    - Check with site: command if your site is banned or just dropped in ranking.
    - Check Google Webmaster Central for any notifications.
    - Request for re-inclusion after cleaning your site through webmaster central.
    - Check your IP, check if its there in the blacklist.

I hope your site will be back soon.

    what is the url ?

Anyway, what you have to do is
    1. check if it is indeed banned with site:yourdomain
    2. If it is banned try to find out why it is banned.
    - If you are using google webmaster tool probably you got a message about it.
    - Read the webmaster guidelines (especially the quality guidelines) on http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=35769.
    3. Then fix the problem on your site
    4. At the end request a reconsideration: http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35843

Itmight not even be a problem with one of your sites. If you are on a shared host, such as hostgator, if any site on your I.P. address gets banned then all the sites on that I.P. get banned.

If you havent done anything to merit a ban, ask your host or move to another I.P.

That is very unfortunate. but i think the buy text link is no problem for google. This is only a form of Internet advertising .
