How can I get PayPal in Ukraine

    I want to use paypal. Honestly, clean and for a long time :)
    But Ukraine is not have full access to paypal.
    Any recommendations?

    If Ukraine is not in the list of countries which paypal supports then you cannot use in there .. wait for the paypal to provide services in ukraine

    But I need to send money from paypal for goods at shops/ ebay and copywriting works.

    You can use other payment options such as money booker, alertpay etc.
    Or if you have frnds in other country and u trust him him than get a account by him.

    People can scam you and go away with ur money..
