Go with a VPS at least, a reseller is not for any serious hosting provider.

Cheap vps is good to start, reseller is ok but if you want to attract people then get a vps, when the time is right you should then consider a dedi.

Consider your budget,i would say you should consider master reseller plan.
Coz the price for low end dedicated server already cost you $200/month.

I think Stylosoft budget is too low. You need $30-40/mo for good vps.

I'm a big fan of getting business. Resellers aren't really for hosts, but it's fine to start with. It just lets you get some customers under your belt and understand how to play the game (this business). Than I'd move up to VPS (minimum) or dedicated server. I think a reseller is best to start with, just so you know what you're getting into first.

Your webhosting biz should be run on a VPS or Dedi, but it's not a bad idea to start with good reseller just to learn inside-outs of the biz.

Yes i agree a VPS or Dedi is good. But then again you can start off with a master reseller for now till you get some customers to pay your monthly bill :) thats how i started :D
