    A am looking to buy hosting from a reliable hosting provider with 1GB Space .
    I mainly need it to host my wordpress blogs . Yes!! it must support 10 Subdomain/addon domains.

    If you are old in this field & have a good portfolio in the hosting market.

    How much bandwidth will you need? Do you have a budget? With the info you have provided there is a wide range of hosts that will accommodate your needs.

    That is what I would not recommend you to do. Paing in advance for the web hosting account would be not really good idea at all.
    I suppose you need to taste you host and then decide if you are ready to pay for that in advance for the whole year
