i havnt checked this list, so for all i know it could be outdated and full of paid directories

 

Probably it's not up to date list.
I tried http://www.directorymarker.com/ and it's only PR3.

 

lots of directories are not free.
some do not allow add link anymore

 

I wish you should have checked it first as prs are wrong and some of them are not directory anymore.
